SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY DATES: The Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on October 30, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. CDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

WHO MAY ENTER: The Sweepstakes is only open to U.S. legal residents 18 years of age and older who reside in the state of Oklahoma with a valid Oklahoma driver's license at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes, selection as a prize winner, and claiming of the prize. Participants are subject to all notices posted online, including, but not limited to, Sonic Automotive, Inc.'s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of Sonic Automotive, Inc. and associated dealerships ("Sponsor"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Parties") are not eligible to enter or win. Participants may need to provide proof of residency upon request.

HOW TO ENTER: TO ENTER THE DRAWING TO WIN AN APPLE iPAD, visit any of the associated Momentum Auto Oklahoma dealers and see a Momentum sales associate, who will assist you in completing an online questionnaire.  Once you have submitted a fully completed questionnaire, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win one of five (5) Apple iPads.  Limit one entry per person.   

TO ENTER THE DRAWING TO WIN A BRAND NEW "MYSTERY MOMENTUM MOBILE," visit any of the associated Momentum Auto Oklahoma dealers and see a sales associate to arrange a test drive of any new vehicle at the dealership.  Once your test drive is complete, the sales associate will assist you in completing an online entry form and questionnaire. Once you have submitted a fully completed questionnaire, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a brand-new Momentum Mystery Mobile. Limit one entry per person.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

PRIZES: ONE (1) TOP-TIER PRIZE: The Winner will receive a brand-new Mystery Momentum Mobile.  The Mystery Momentum Mobile is a new car, which the Sponsor will select at or before the time of the drawing.  Winner must be an Oklahoma resident with a valid Oklahoma driver's license and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. The Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, tags, taxes, including, but not limited to, excise taxes, use taxes, ad valorem taxes, and income taxes, as applicable, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize, and the Sponsor will not collect or arrange for payment of any such costs, unless required to do so by law. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") varies depending on vehicle selected and will range between $15,000 and $20,000.  The Sponsor will publish the ARV of the top-tier prize at the time of drawing.  FIVE (5) SECOND-TIER PRIZES: An Apple iPad. ARV: $499. Winners must take delivery of prizes from the store designated by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $17,495 to $22,495. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

DRAWINGS: The Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around October 31, 2011 at the location designated by Sonic Automotive, Inc. Potential winners will be contacted using the information given by Participant when entering the Sweepstakes (i.e., email, telephone or letter).  Each potential winner will be required to respond to the Sponsor within five (5) days of the Sponsor's initial contact, with the required information, or prize will be forfeited. Potential winners may be required to sign and return to the Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete and respond to the Sponsor's initial contact within the required time period, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. The potential winner must claim the prize in person at the associated dealer the Sponsor selects within thirty (30) days.  The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

FORCE MAJEURE: Participants acknowledge that many events, including, but not limited to, acts of war, violence, crimes, terrorism, weather and other catastrophic or disruptive events are beyond the control of the Sponsor and that this Sweepstakes is subject to being rescheduled, modified or cancelled. The Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule the Sweepstakes, modify the entry dates, end dates, entry procedures, cancel the Sweepstakes, or cancel the awarding of prize(s). Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  PUBLICITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant consents to and grants permission for the use of participant's name, images, hometown, likeness, prize won, and photograph (all at Sponsor's discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, incomplete or delayed entries; all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to technical malfunctions or failures of electronic equipment, computers, online systems, servers, online service providers, computer hardware or software, phone lines, or any other malfunction resulting in the failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications, which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions with may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, selection of winners, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Mass entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. CANCELLATION: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, determine the winner(s) using all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of cancellation.  MULTIPLE ENTRIES: In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, the eligibility criteria specified above in the section entitled "Who May Enter."  The authorized subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entries)) Sponsor finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participant, Sponsor, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by the law and to disqualify such participant from the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.  MISCELLANEOUS: The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.  If any provision of the Official Rules is deemed to be invalid by competent authority, the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall be deemed fully enforceable.  If these Official Rules conflict with any statement, promotion, or electronic or printed publication, the terms of these Official Rules supersede the conflicting terms or representations.

ARBITRATION & CHOICE OF LAW: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.

WINNERS LIST: Winners will be announced on Momentum Auto Oklahoma's Facebook page upon the completion of the Sweepstakes and after the winner has been notified via email.  Participants may also request a list of winners in the past 30 days.  All requests must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and be received at Sonic Automotive, Inc. at the address below.
